"While the property presents itself at a premium price point, the overall experience did not reflect that standard. The breakfast was underwhelming, the coffee was disappointing, the scrambled eggs lacked proper texture, and the pastries appeared dry and not fresh. The on-site restaurant also did not justify its pricing. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Despite two cleanings, sand from my only beach day remained on the bathroom floor until checkout, which was unexpected for a hotel in this category. That said, the staff was a highlight, professional, kind, and multilingual, making communication seamless. The view, however, was beautiful and one of the few aspects that truly stood out. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"The rooms were super clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, the ocean view from up there is amazing and such a nice spot to unwind."

I believe I got a "city view" room, which turned out to be an alley. The pool is small but nice and clean. I'd recommend this location. I do wish the staff were more diverse."
