"Concierge asked us if we wanted to upgrade our room to an ocean view but we Love staying on the first floorm very easy to get to everything this way. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and love it here. Pool is great. There is a small beach you can go too (not much there but still nice with a bar and beach chairs) The staff is amazing. Miguel is our faborite bartender and Gustavo was amazing at making out check out experience and quick and easy process. The rest of the staff, waiters, hostesses, maid, concierge, etc are always fabulous and willing to help you with a smile. Would absolutely recommend. Also we love how close it is to 5th avenue!!!!!"

"Room was nice, although we were delayed on check in due to it not being ready. Housekeeping missed getting to our room 2 of the days we were there despite us being out if the room for 7 hours during the day. The pools were decent, staff were pleadant and helpful. Buffet was okay, but nothjnv to rave about. Dinner meals were good "

"Room was amazing! Clean and the ocean view was very good and had a beautiful view. Was skeptical about the food after reading some negative comments but it turned out to be really good. Staff was super nice! They did a different event every day/night in the lobby so there was always something to do! Truly recommend if you’re visiting Cancun"
