"The hotel itself was comfortable. Staff were pretty friendly - breakfast staff were lovely. Asked for body wash snd hair conditioner to be topped up to no avail! The short walk to the Excel which I envisioned as a stroll along the waters edge was actually a hike along the roads avoiding all the building works! Likewise the walk to the London cable car. "It was an overnight stay for catching an early morning flight from the City Airport nearby. Everything at the hotel went smoothly. There is currently no pedestrian access from the Custom House station, which is not an issue with the hotel itself. Just be aware if you plan to arrive by train."

"Lovely view's from the Yacht, rooms were nice we got a feee upgrade with a balcony which was great! The only thing ill say is there was no tea spoon in the room for coffee machine, no tea spoons at breakfast where you make tea and coffee.
