My bed was comfortable & hot shower with nice smelling shower gel etc. I was really disappointed that each night I returned to my room to find it hadn’t been made up. As I use hotels each week for work, this is normally done. I learnt when checking that I had to let reception when checking in, if I wanted my room made up. That’s ok, if I was told that when at check in. That communication really needs improving! We also used the Cast Iron on-site...
