"Staff friendly at check in, room clean and bed comfortable. Air-conditioning in room. Plenty free parking. Breakfast was good, lots of choice (extra charge) Lots of shops nearby."

"We visited over Father’s Day and the only disappointing aspect was that a number of items on the menu were unavailable at breakfast. Presumably because of how busy they were but I think they should have been prepared. The room was clean and well equipped. There was sufficient parking. The staff were helpful in the hotel and accommodating when we requested a ground floor room."

"The shuttles were fairly regular but for some reason they este saying bay 28 and its not. Instead I saw a sign for holiday inn and got on that coach. Note its £4 per journey. Checking took a minute and my room was at the back overlooking woods so it was peaceful. It is close to m&s shop and McDonald's so you do have options for food. A kettle was provided which I used to make tea. The floor could have done with a vacuum but otherwise the toom was decent. I liked having a sofa to watch tv rather than the bed or a chair. The hotel did provide breakfast at 4pm but its such a rush to eat and get the shuttle so I just took some cereals and learned that coffee is not allowed on the shuttle."

"Having stayed on one of hottest days of year the air conditioning in bedrooms was extremely welcome and efficient. I thought uk king size beds would be standard in hotels. Not used to a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless but struggled to access the shower over bath as you had to step in onto slope at end of bath. If you have even a minor disability then try to get an accessible room.. The pool was a good size and well maintained as was gym. Good sized pool towels. Breakfast varied and plentiful and staff friendly and helpful. Expensive parking. Would have been good if discounted for hotel guests. However these were personal niggles and it was a good value hotel and we would not hesitate to stay again."

"Lovely welcome and such a nice surprise to be upgraded for our anniversary. Bed was huge and really comfy. Meal was excellent in the restaurant and couldn’t be a more perfect location for an early flight. Stayed many times and would not hesitate to stay here again for our next trip out of Stansted. Thank you to the staff for making our stay special"
