"This hotel was about 10/15 mins walk from the Birmingham Utilita Concert Arena which is why we booked it. The lifts to the rooms were a bit of a faff to use as you had to swipe your room key/card"

I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"

"Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"

"Very very welcoming place to be, had my 50th birthday with family and friends and it was wonderful, the venue, food and presentation was first class service. On arrival, we had help caring our bags all the way to our room and would like to give a warm thank you to the Porter called Paul Walker for helping us carrying our luggage, very respectful and professional. Been to Belfry Hotel 4 times now and will book again with a smile, first class service from all the staff. And the breakfast is the best ever, thank you Belfry Hotel "
