"Nice room, but housekeeping knocked and immediately entered my room at least 3 hours prior to checkout, which was a bit invasive. The only shower I had there was freezing cold, as they said they were having some plumbing issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location."
