The staff were really friendly. The breakfast overseer Courtney was outstanding. We did not use the AC. Heating system was ok but quite noisey. Clean room was ok.

Very underrated hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff is super nice. 24 hour coffee in the lobby is a plus. Highly recommend if you just need an overnight in the Syracuse area.

Everything about this stay was great, my only complaint was it was a hot 95 degree day and when we got into our room late at night the a/c was not on and the room was a bit hot. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great.
