I booked a regular King room and was pleasantly surprised to have the perfect view overlooking Times Square (24th floor). I personally think any higher you wouldn't have as great of a view if you're wanting to see the billboards from your room. And if you're thinking the billboards might be too bright for sleeping, the hotel has remote controlled blackout shades and another of layer of sheer shades to let...
