A wonderful hotel. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Perfect location for shopping and eating and access to transport.

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Everything one would expect, only there for two nights but would not stay anywhere else.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Location was excellent and free car/taxi service from hotel if car and driver were around. Cost was high.

The epitome of the perfect hotel. Nothing we have stay with comes close to the perfection of this hotel.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

We had a lovely room, and the staff were excellent. A very comfortable home from home with great Martinis.

The hotel is very clean and well designed (although the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times). However, the stand out feature is the service. The doormen, the reception, the concierge and the cleaning staff are all exceptionally helpful and polite, making you feel so welcome all the time.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! When you scan the QR code in the room you can pick your method of how you communicate with the team and for me this was WhatsApp. It was great.
