"We were excited to stay here as the location and price were good. Started off ok though we had to return for the check in as we were too early. The first night we froze as they had no heat and the blanket for the sofa bed was thin as a wafer. There was a terrible nose in the bedroom that lasted all day and night. Apparently it is a known problem though they do nothing to address it. I complained to the concierge who asked the manager if we could switch rooms. The manager said no even though they has an available room for a least one of the two nights. All the rooms ending in 15 are affected, so ensure you’re not in one prior to paying for the room! The noise from the hallways carry into the room and we were awakened by noisy drunk guest coming in late. "

"Great location. Friendly staff. Fast check in and out. Valet parking was prompt retrieving my vehicle. The hotel is on the older side and it has a very old-school vibe to it. I didn’t eat on sight but the restaurant looked good. Overall I was perfectly satisfied with the stay. "

"Helpful staff, spacious room, and a hearty breakfast. Hotel was very busy this weekend with families but was perfect for our needs. The room was lovely and clean, bed was super comfy and the shower was great too."

"From the beginning there was disappointment. They could not access my confirmation with Expedia. I had to insist that was the rate i was paying and not more. I had to request refill room products 3 times before they delivered. Our TV was not working at first. There was no free continental breakfast. There was no room tidy up. The reception desk staff were pleasant and helpful, to a degree. "

"I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Although they made an effort to tidy and clean it after I expressed my concerns, I believe the rooms in this hotel require a deep cleaning. That said, the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful."

"A highly recommend if able to stop in for a stay at least once. Short walk to dozens of experiences. Parliament Hill, East Block, multiple bus tours, parliamentary offices, art galleries, and the temporary senate to name a few."

"There was a loud noise all night from the outside I don’t know what it was but kept me until 2:00. When I told the front desk the woman didn’t really seem to care. But otherwise great breakfast and clean rooms, shower head could use a change it was a light mist"
