it was clean, comfortable , welcoming, the staff was helpful and the location wonderful. My only complaint is around their policy to not allow people in the rooms who are not registered and no local India people . I was in Mumbai to visit a dear friend and when we in my are and wanted to sit and talk and use the loo I was not allowed to invite him to my room . This was embarrassing and not handled that gracefully by the front desk. And it is quiet an expensive hotel and I feel I should be...

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!).
