"For the most part, there's a lack of customer servicey vibes that you get from a Hilton, for example. The one exception was one employee actually conversed with me. "The owner is very nice. Other staff, not so much. In fact, my fiancè was literally yelled at by the housekeeping lady just bc he asked for extra towels!! The TV's don't work too well, one time not at all & there was nothing they could do. Not even change our room. All in all, it's the cleanest hotel around the area for a good price. No bed bugs or any bugs for that matter, so it's a win for me. Use caution if going someplace else (in the same price range) close by bc they ALL have roaches and...
