"I have stayed in this hotel three times now. The first stay was beyond excellent, the second not so much. But this third time was pretty good once I'd managed to check in (they weren't having an early check-in, beyond giving me an accessible room which I didn't need or something in the basement), but I was pretty happy with where they finally put me as it was very quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the free drink. If I run London next year then I will probably want to return for a fourth time."

"Stylish, well-functioning - a relaxing oasis on Shoreditch high street. My go-to hotel in London. Some staff seemed very new this time (we found it difficult to order a cup of coffee up to the room - called front desk and the first time what arrived was bags of instant) but all tried and were super friendly. Love 100 Shoreditch <3"

"The staff were perfectly pleasant and helpful, and the reception area looks lovely. However, the room itself was extremely disappointing—especially considering the price paid. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a mouldy, deteriorating bath and worn strips coming away. The curtains were dirty and stained, and tiles were broken and falling apart. Even the USB chargers by the bed weren’t functioning properly. Overall, the condition of the room was shocking. I arrived at 9pm and was leaving again at 5am, so I didn’t have the time to request a room change, but it’s safe to say I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. A real shame given the positive first impression at reception. I have since been given points to help towards another hotel booking for the future. But I still had to write an honest review for future people booking"

"Always get what I need at CitizenM Tower of London. Friendly staff, a comfortable bed a d THAT view. Two steps from the tube and hence from anywhere in London, I can't wait for my next excuse to stay with the team."

"Hostels are very different from hotels apparently. Not only is nothing for drinks in the room, there is not even a glass for water. Dog barking hours into the night. Poor quality food with little vegetarian options. No room service."
