"The hotel was really good. Everything was clean and organised, and the staff were polite. Parking is available, but you have to pay £25 per day. There’s a train station around 5 minutes walking, and in about 10 minutes you can reach Big Ben. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Overall, I was happy with my stay."

"An excellent find! This was an outstanding hotel despite only booking for a one night stay. The room was clean, warm, comfortable with everything we needed. The building is stunning and the member of staff on duty was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet despite being on a busy main road. There is a bus stop just nearby but it is only a 10 minute walk to Balham station/centre. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Many thanks"
