The communication was excellent and great recommendations and information regarding the area was provided despite there being no on site staff. "Surprisingly quiet for being in a traffic hub. Great view from lobby bar. Clean all around, Hot showers, amazing breakfast choices for a reasonable cost. Friendly helpful staff. Room a little snug but clean and comfortable mattresses. Near excellent except you pay to park onsite. And, I’m partial to prefer non carpeted rooms, laminate, but these were carpeted."

"The room looks old but clean at check in we had no housekeeping in 3 nights stay not even fresh towels when we asked for a housekeeping they said they will send we come back no one went bad communication in the front desk we hate our stay."

"I went to Downtown Providence, RI for the weekend and had a great time, hotel was clean, staff was very nice at the time of check-in and out, also at breakfast in the morning. There are a lot of Bars and restaurants close by the area and within walking distance and different activities."
