It's been a long time since I stayed at a hotel where I have absolutely nothing negative to say! The entire property is spotless, staff are friendly and helpful, check in and check out was smooth, food was excellent, beds were spotless and comfy. Honestly can go on and on, but was very surprised how everything was so well put together. Thanks to the staff that really made my stay unforgettable. My number one recommendation to anyone visiting trivandrum.

The property itself is beautiful and it's an easy walk to the main beaches. Breakfast staff in particular were friendly and helpful. Since it's covid, there are quite a few restrictions such as two of the pools being closed and a rather annoying check-in procedure. Overall the hotel is fine, but 8000+/night is just too much money for what you get.

I had a great stay with my family at this beautiful resort. The location was easy to find and most of the rooms have a beautiful lake view. The property is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and kind. The service is pretty quick and they have an amazing pool that you can use and an activity room for playing carroms, table tennis and pool. They have a mini library that visitors can use and other memorabilia items that are for sale. The restaurant serves delicious multi cuisine food and the hotel premises are well sanitized and they have necessary precautions for the pandemic. Would love to visit this place again with family as the location and staff all were amazing.
