"The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. Overall a very good hotel, very good customer service. Highly recommended. "

"The rooms were very dirty and hair found in the bed sheets and pillow covers were very dirty. Bathrooms no towels and it was terribly dirty and all 4 rooms were cleaned again.The front desk at night person was very lazzy and unwelcoming. Never ever recommend for anyone."

As I could not climb the stairs due to excessive heat; front desk came down to deliver my luggage and settle the bill. Beautiful gesture. Was offfered discounts at every spend was again a Pleasent surprise especially at the buffet dinner. Chef made some good onion snacks. Very good for business as well as family stay "
