"Lovely large hostel in a great location in Jaipur. The restaurant upstairs is very nice, with a nice rooftop view. Comfortable dorm rooms with power outlets, lights, and curtains."

"We didn't actually stay at Munna Palace, as the management transferred us to Hotel Malik Residency, next door, owned by same group. Munna did not seem ready or aware of our booking, and I think they wanted to make up for this and gave us a room with a view. This was after the promised airport shuttle did not arrive. Again this was because the (absent) owner, who agreed to pick us up, did not tell management. This kept happening in India. Otherwise the room was very nice. Bit cold. It was below...

"The owners were very accommodating and brought me a plate of papaya as I was leaving. The room air conditioning worked well. Almost too well. I got cold at night. lol"

"Place was more money than it’s worth, sorry. Our booking said free breakfast but it was an argument with the front staff to get it even though I could show it on my email. The shower bar fell off as soon as I touched it, the shower was hot but came out as a trickle. You get a bar of soap and a towel but no toilet paper. At least there was air conditioning! We didn’t bother asking for breakfast the second morning we left."

"The communication before arrival and helpfulness of the staff was the best thing about this hotel. They were super responsive, answered all my questions, organised taxi, SIM card, money change, everything. The room was large and looked as advertised. Great hot shower. Felt safe as solo female. Really good value for money. Good wifi. Breakfast was small but tasty."

"This is a nice hotel pretty near to the Airport. Took us about 15-25 mts each way while coming from airport to hotel and the trip back to airport. Coming to hotel was in the afternoon so took longer because of traffic but not at all bad. The booking was handled by a lady at the front desk and whose name I have forgotten and I am sorry about that. She handled everything from booking the rooms, booking the van for airport pickup and also helped along with her team member to arrange for 2 cars back...

"The roads close to the hotel are extremely busy and hectic. Taxi cannot access the hotel so you have to walk down the streets. The hotel is ok. Staff friendly and rooms clean"

"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."
