The reception staff were pleasant, helpful and assisted with any enquiries I might have had; and arranged taxis (at cost) to take me to the Chalai Bazaar or transfer to the airport. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The restaurant had a good variety of food on offer for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was in close walking distance to nearby attractions, e.g. Connemara Market, Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, etc."
