Great experience & is an awesome place for vacation Staff are very polite and doing a wonderful job.

We took a 2 day houseboat from Alleppey booked through the resort (beware of cheaper houseboats that will disappoint you) and had the experience of a lifetime.It was simply amazing to be able to experience and share the daily lives of the people who live by the backwaters. Relaxing few days at the Fragrant Nature. Superb location and wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Take advantage of the sunset kayak trip through Mangrove Safari just across the road. If you like to walk, seek out the Meenad-Polachira trail by the Polichira lake.

The staff were excellent and made us feel comfortable as well as organising some great experiences. The room was lovely and the location adjacent to a pretty much private beach is exceptional.

The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.

It was a really beautiful room with the lovely ocean scenery. We can hear the sounds of waves.

Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!
