"This hotel was a delightful surprise! Settled in the high altitudes surrounded by tea plantations and phenomenal scenery! The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. "
