Nice views from the property including experience from rooftop restaurant. Food was great as well. Every staff member was super helpful and ensured that our stay was something to cherish forever. Very welcoming atmosphere overall and wonderful experience.

Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.

Service was excellent. Beautiful views of landscapes and tea plantations. Staff went out of their way to cook us delicious meals to our taste. Loved the walk through the tea estate organised by hotel. Definitely come back again.

Loved this hotel!

It was one of the good hotels we liked our stay during our trip to Kerala. It was clean and comfortable! The welcome drink was awesome! The food andcservice was great. The room, bathroom and the bed was clean and welcoming with rose petals! Loved it! Oh, don't forget their dinner time activities. Make your table reservation on the patio and enjoy! 5 stars to the sand artist!
