Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting with friendly management and staff

Close to Munnar yet perched high above this slightly scrappy town gives this historical place a lofty view of the verdant valleys. The staff are very helpful and friendly on all levels. We felt it very important to know this place's unique history to really understand what the owners are trying to achieve. The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.

Very beautiful and green property with a super friendly and polite staff. Good place for a weekend gateway away from city noise and pollution.

Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!
