"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it it was super slippery, looks like they never cleaned the previous oils that could have come from people getting massages done and it was slippery. There was also no floor Matt for after shower use which made the floors more slippery after being wet. The breakfast was good at this place however the service was extremely slow during breakfast. "

"Management doesn’t have their act together, but the setting is fabulous. First, the contact point did not know they were booking through Expedia and told us we didn’t have a reservation. Then, they sent us a location link that was 30 minutes from the property. When they finally found our reservation, the place wasn’t ready. We had to call for towels and used our own soap and other toiletries. We had a beautiful kitchen, but no cups or plates, and no way to make tea or coffee. The burners weren’t attached to a gas source. Finally, we had a wonderful balcony, but no chairs, unlike the other units. The only bright spot in all this is that our contact point did his best to address the issues. And was generally responsive."

"It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. "

"Beautiful clean stay up in the hills. The staff were so attentive and kind and we had a very restful visit. They organised our transportation there and away and even planned sightseeing for us. We travelled for 3.5 weeks and this stay was an absolute highlight. Such a beautiful hidden gem "
