"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "This was our repeat stay in Werzler. First time in the chalet and this time in the room. The resort is well maintained with attention to detail and excellent service. "The upside Views and birdlife were amazing Room was ok decent bed and decent washroom The downside Property is not walkable at all. The steps are high, uneven, with stones sticking out and few places to hold while ascending and descending steep areas. The only restaurant is down a steep descent. Since the property is in a remote area this is the only eating option. Breakfast buffet was below average. The property overall has a rundown look to it. The entrance road is in disrepair."
