This hotel exceeded every expectation and more. Hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but everything is modern, clean and useful. Bathrooms are very nice and general location is stunning. Grounds are really well kept, staff are amazing and pool area is so nice with a fantastic view Plenty of local restaurants within easy walking distance which are a fantastic Will be in a rush to come back

Beautiful, rustic hotel close to the centre of town. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were well looked after by the friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic too!

It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us! Beautiful hotel, beautiful little town and an amazing holiday!

I loved staying at Casa Regina in the town of Tamaimo. The hosts were great and the breakfast was lovely. They even did me a pack up the morning I left due to an early flight home. The only slight downside is my room had a shared bathroom, which I didn’t realise at the time of booking.

Had a lovely time at the Mencey. Staff absolutely lovely and so friendly, hotel both grand in its colonnaded porches and cool inner courtyard, and comfortable, with many places to have drinks and food in the shade and chill. Spa very well kitted out (extra €18 a day) breakfast spread faultless. Grilled Seafood served on the pool terrace is particularly good. Pool is great, using salt water instead of chlorine. Based in a fabulous converted old house with an inner courtyard based in the centre of La Laguna within four minutes walk of the cathedral. We had originally booked Manila suite but, on reading reviews about noise (although apparently it has now been double glazed) and speaking with the property, we decided to upgrade to the Amaro Pargo suite, which was lovely and spacious and at the back of the property, with a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and beautiful glazed balcony...

The room was very clean and perfectly adequate. Paula was fantastic!! I was soaked from the rain, on arrival, and she immediately got me a couple of towels to dry off. She showed me around, and on informing her that I would not be there for breakfast, she prepared me some food to take with me. There was no tv in the room, but all I wanted was to sleep, before the next part of my journey the following day, so I was ok with that. We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. An excellent relaxing stay, great rooftop area with pool. Breakfast was delightful. Comfy beds. Would recommend free parking at the harbour approx 800m away.

Nice hotel. Excellent pool and rooftop bar. Big bed and comfortable room. Service very good when shower was faulty (fixed in 10 minutes). Parking in front of hotel is limited. Had some problems with lifts not working. Hotel is being run at very high occupancy and sometimes had to que at breakfast for a few minutes. Overall we were happy with the facilities and quality/price. This is a good quality hotel but with a few minor niggles.

Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. Exactly as pictured! Staff were a little slow to respond to our call about changing of bedding but other than that, were attentive and helpful.
