10/10 Exceptional! (2 reviews)
I really enjoyed my stay at IDEA Collection. The hotel is brand new and everything feels fresh, spotless and beautifully designed. My room was very spacious, bright and comfortable, with a surprisingly large private balcony and a beautiful view over Tbilisi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the service felt very personal. I genuinely felt very well looked after. The spa was a highlight — panoramic sauna with city views, different steam rooms, experience showers, relaxation areas, a pool and a separate sunbathing area. I also tried a massage and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The location is excellent, opposite Shushabandi and Wine Corner and about a 10-minute walk from Rustaveli Avenue. There were a few minor details you might expect from a newly opened hotel, but nothing that affected my stay. The only inconvenience was the elevator, which could sometimes take quite a while. The Jazz Club isn’t open yet, but the concept looks very promising and I think it will be worth visiting once it opens. Overall, a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms, excellent service, a fantastic spa and a great location. I would definitely stay again.
