"I was received in the hotel very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a refrigerator and coffee and tea in my room. When I asked for an early breakfast, they arranged it for me, and breakfast was great! . The hotel is near the city center of Tbilisi, but in a real quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend it to every one!"

"We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly! Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area."

" I had an amazing experience staying at Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel. The property is modern yet beautifully preserves the charm and character of Old Tbilisi. My room was comfortable, stylish, and spotless, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and authentic. The service was truly remarkable. The front desk team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional. They explained everything in detail, helped with my room upgrade, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent — delicious food, great variety, and wonderful presentation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to leave earlier than planned. The hotel handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and I received my refund without any issues or complications. I am very grateful for their understanding and support. I highly recommend Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel to anyone visiting the city. Outstanding service, great location, and a team that truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely return on my next trip to Tbilisi."
