"We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming.
