"Super friendly staff, a delicious breakfast, delicious food of restaurant and a very clean, beautifully designed private spa with a sauna and jacuzzi and we also had massage there/ The freshly brewed coffee was amazing! The location is perfect — close to Arab Street with plenty of restaurants, and just a short walk from Old Tbilisi. Highly recommended!"

"We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and...
