We had a great short stay. The room was spacious for our family and clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner put on a lovely home made breakfast. A very warm and cute boutique hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff. Taking the working hotel to hotel gondola was a highlight with dinner on top. Ana at breakfast was the friendliest manager I have met. A credit to the hotel!

Very good

Very well located, the heart of the City is only a few minutes away. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained. The Makmani had a boutique feel that means it stands out from the more established, but sometimes very “samey”hotel brands.

Beautiful room, comfortable beds. Staff were friendly, professional and went out of the way to make our stay better than we imagined

Great location. Good local nightlife. Amazing city.

Shops close.. great wine shop really close

Overall was good. Rooms clean , staff friendly, breakfast could have been better but that wasn’t issue personally for me.

We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Georgia. We had stayed in Tbilisi a week earlier and targeted a hotel in this area because of all the dining options nearby. The area is fantastic with a fantastic view across the river. Don’t miss out on walking to the sulphur baths and then up the river to the stunning waterfall. Breakfast was included and was good. The rooms are old fashioned and fairly basic but very comfortable.

Lovely stay in the heart of Tbilisi. Hotel room was warm and comfortable. Staff were super helpful.

Très propre. Un endroit paisible et reposant ! Je recommande.

Good value property in a central location. Receptionist friendly and very helpful.

Smashing hotel, all any traveller new to Tbilisi could want. Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, great ambience.

Excellent service from transfer to the hotel, welcome, breakfast, checkout and transfer back to the airport. The penthouse suite was definitely worth the extra money.
