The staff are so friendly especially Maria. I arrived early and Maria check me in early with no extra payment. Staff are so helpful and approachable. The aparthotel is highly recommended, walkable and loads of restaurant nearby.About 15-20mins to get into the old town and very accessible. There is also a bus station nearby.

Clean, a big room which was soundproof, extremely comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Fabulously friendly reception staff. Great Sky bar with really attentive staff.

Stylish comfortable hotel in good location with friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast

Very clean, convenient location. Would recommend.

Charming hotel, when I arrived, the lobby had luxury scent, nice room with good amenities and large smart tv, could watch movies online, breakfast is very delicious, even chocolate fountain was there with almonds, all vas memorable with full terrace

Charming little place down a quiet alley while also still conveniently located in the old town. I accidentally booked my room a day earlier than intended and they were very understanding about it, allowing me to check in as soon as I arrived around 6am rather than waiting for the usual check-in window. I would recommend the room with the balcony, a nice spot to relax with some wine.

Excellent service from transfer to the hotel, welcome, breakfast, checkout and transfer back to the airport. The penthouse suite was definitely worth the extra money.

We had a great stay here. It’s a historic property that has been restored with real passion and care. It’s really close to the heart of old town Tbilisi with loads of great eating and drinking options as well as sites to see and visit. It’s also quiet so you won’t be disturbed by the noise of life in Tbilisi. On the days we went to the pool we had it to ourselves and could enjoy the sun terrace and amazing views together.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great stay.

The hotel is located a short walk from the Old Town which was very convenient. The reception can organise trips and provide a lot of information regarding the area and things to do. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you wanted to be the Old Town. The room was kept very clean and was warm. Breakfast was huge and the cook makes a really nice Omelette of your choice.
