Very well located, the heart of the City is only a few minutes away. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained. The Makmani had a boutique feel that means it stands out from the more established, but sometimes very “samey”hotel brands.

An absolutely beautiful property, fantastic rooms, and fantastic staff throughout. The food and drink were also great as was the service. The location was wonderful for me and am sure others will find the same. Great job, one visit, would love to return and will go as one of the top hotels I have stayed and I have been lucky to enjoy many in my years. Huge recommendation.

The staff are so friendly especially Maria. I arrived early and Maria check me in early with no extra payment. Staff are so helpful and approachable.The aparthotel is highly recommended,walkable and loads of restaurant nearby.About 15-20mins to get into the old town and very accessible.There is also a bus station nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are a real asset and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, and we were especially impressed with how comfortable the bed and pillows were, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Charming little place down a quiet alley while also still conveniently located in the old town. I accidentally booked my room a day earlier than intended and they were very understanding about it, allowing me to check in as soon as I arrived around 6am rather than waiting for the usual check-in window. I would recommend the room with the balcony, a nice spot to relax with some wine.

We had a great stay here. It’s a historic property that has been restored with real passion and care. It’s really close to the heart of old town Tbilisi with loads of great eating and drinking options as well as sites to see and visit. It’s also quiet so you won’t be disturbed by the noise of life in Tbilisi. On the days we went to the pool we had it to ourselves and could enjoy the sun terrace and amazing views together.
