"This property is misleading and does not match the listing. The photos shown belong to a different hotel, and at the listed address there was another hotel under a different name with no record of my reservation. I had to contact Expedia to report the issue and arrange a refund, then quickly find another place to stay on arrival. It was a stressful experience, especially as I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night with no accommodation. Expedia should improve their verification...

"Staff personality can make or break any business, and with this in mind, I'm happy to report that hotel Genio had very welcoming individuals on the front desk. Friendly, efficient and professional.
