The front desk team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional. They explained everything in detail, helped with my room upgrade, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent — delicious food, great variety, and wonderful presentation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to leave earlier than planned. The hotel handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and I received my refund without any issues or complications. I am very grateful for their understanding and support. Great location just off Rustaveli Avenue, about 10 mins walk from Freedom Square. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops all within a couple of minutes’ walk. "
