"Well located. Room was good although only one saucepan with no handle. Staff were very helpful. In the public areas (lifts & hallways) the carpet was grubby. Overall good not great but would definitely stay there again."

The tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t watch our own shows and movies. The selection of movies were so old I don’t think any from this century. I don’t like foxtel but that what we were stuck with and although there seems to be a large selection of viewing material most of it is so outdated it really didn’t appeal. "

"We liked the size of our apartment and the level it was on (Level 26) Liked the service by Shari in looking after us. Liked the spa and pool area (pool cold though and spa stopped working) Liked the area the hotel is in although it can be noisy with traffic, construction work and air cond plants nearby We disliked the fact the pools were out of service for half the stay. The service people for the pool seemed to take a long time coming and then fixing the pools. "

"I asked for top floor and had to wait til 2:30pm for it but it was worth it. Fantastic view out to the west. Facilities were good. I like the Arrival Lounge for my meetings whilst waiting for my room to be available. Free luggage storage. They have a nice looking gym and swimming pool but I had too much work this trip to use them. I’d definitely book here again if I get the chance!"

"Our two bedroom suite had everything we needed for our stay, and was large and comfortable. The only downside was that I rang head office to see if there was a possibility of an early check in, granted my young children had been up since 1am for a morning flight, and was told to book the night before for guaranteed early check-in… in the age of a cost of living crisis, not really an option for many people, to pay a whole extra night for a couple of hours earlier check in. "

"Washing machine didn't always work and not all lifts were working so could take some time to move between floors. Facilities and space in the apartment though we're very good"
