"Location is really very good. One side is the F&B dinning at Darling Harbour, another side is the town area. However, staff service needs to be improved. Listing on Expedia said 3 king beds available but there were only 2 king beds on-site. They agreed to offer free breakfast throughout our stay but there were still charges to our bill and dispute by staff when we checked out. YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites

YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites

8/10 Good
"Mum and daughter trip. The elevator was not working when we checked in so we opted to climb the stairs to our room. The room was amazing with glimpses of Darling Harbour. Fantastic location — we had a great stroll around the area and grabbed some dinner. Unfortunately we got stuck in the lift for 45 minutes coming back from dinner and on the way to check out the pool. Website that day had said they were having problems with the lifts so this was not totally unexpected. Staff were amazing and kept up informed about what was happening during the whole time. We have a great story to tell from the trip."
