Our room was clean and spacious with ample amenities including a well-equipped kitchenette. The room had plenty of storage options, a safe, desk, iron and ironing board and balcony, while the bathroom was also generous in size. Reception staff were friendly and helpful as were those in the breakfast dining area. Great location and an easy walk to Darling Harbour, public transport, scenic attractions, shopping and dining options. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying here again on future visits.

Room and staff were awesome. The room was comfortable, and many restaurants nearby. Lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the weather. Breakfast was delicious and worth purchasing. There is not a good spot for uber or taxi drop off and pickup in front of the hotel, as there is a dedicated bike lane and live traffic lanes beside it. Uber dropped us off further up the road on the opposite side.

The hotel was in an excellent location, really easy to get to key locations. Darling Harbour only a 10min walk. Circular key was 10mins to the light rail then a short 10min ride. Loads of restaurants and shopping in easy reach. We had a one bedroom apartment with a roll away bed for our son. There was tons of space for us all. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the city.
