"The property is clean, quiet and has a great views of Melbourne CBD skyscrapers from our room, super convenient location closer to southern cross station prime location, the breakfast was very nice, I know few hotels provide breakfast just name sake , but holiday inn provides super big breakfast, I was super impressed , thanks to their hospitality, I will recommend this hotel for my friends and families ..👍"

The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé dinner. The food was consistently fresh and delicious, but what made our mornings truly memorable was the service from Jerry. He brought warmth, humour, and genuine hospitality to every interaction, an absolute gem and a real asset to the Shangri-La team. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and looked after.
