My check in time is about 5.40pm 1st Dec for room 1722. And then, I find the toilet basin sink blocked. It took about 20mins to fix by the service guy. Then, when I try to go back to my hotel room about 8.30pm, the lock on the door is not working. I have been asked to wait for “a moment” but it took them 2hr to find the door cannot be opened and got a lock smith to help me get my belongings out of the room.
Around 10.40pm, I got another room 1713. After some time stay in the room, I found there is no airflow at all. The air condition panel is not working. I called reception again. But till 12.20am, after the staff visited my room, they still cannot fix it. I had a horrible sleep for the night due to lack of air in the room. Sleep less than 3hr and kept waking up due to feel breathless.
7.30am 2nd Dec, I called reception again but they still cannot provide a solution for me. Only told me that they will send a mechanic come to check again.
