"I really enjoyed my stay at Osmania Cappadocia Hotel. The staff here is so kind and helpful, they make you feel right at home. The property is also super tranquil and beautiful. "Stayed in junior suite loved everything about the property. Booked this last minute and the staff helped me coordinate airport transfers via WhatsApp. 1st nite had the most delicious dinner. It was one of the best meals I had in Turkey!! Get the lamb. The vibes are simply amazing. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was my room (116) did not have a bathroom door. The staff offered to relocate me to a lower lever bigger room, but I eventually chose to stay in 116 because it had a balcony from which I could view the ballrooms being blown up from my room . Hotel is walking distance to the highest viewpoint point to watch the sunset or balloon watch along the mountain ridge. There is a 30 euro fee(credit cards only) charged by the town to get to the viewpoint and you have to hike up a short steep hill, but the view is so worth it. The hotel offers tour packages to ride balloons and the packages were competitively priced. Hotel is also walking distance to the town which has endless shops and restaurants. Would stay again !!"

"We absolutely loved this property and very much enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons from the hotel practically every morning. There was a few hour-long power cut due to an electrical issue but the staff offered us free drinks and a free complimentary meal. Waiting in the lobby/pool area for this duration was fine. I would recommend staying here. The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly."

"Staying at Cratus felt like staying at a luxury hotel. Room was clean and smelled fresh. It's also huge where my husband and son and I comfortably fit with big luggage laying around the room. We were provided generous toiletries and bottled waters refilled and chilled everyday, perfect for the summer heat. And oh - the toilet has a bidet! That one thing I always miss from home when I travel. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Myleena was a breath of fresh air...big smile, genuinely cared about your day, your plans and offering to make calls to help you plan your day. Even my young son looks forward to seeing her. I was sad to miss her right before we left because of our early flight. There is a beautiful on site rooftop restaurant with classy interior that makes you feel posh while offering clean and delicious food at a reasonable price. In the morning - you can go up and watch the balloons swing by. In the afternoon - you can watch beautiful sunsets and take amazing pictures of the town. I'd take the way they make perfect eggs with just the right amount of side dishes over buffet. If you need a plate to bring to the room, just ask. They also have a great waiting staff that doesn't make you feel needy. If they have it, they bring it to you. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a property like this - on my travels - where across the board staff are generous and topnotch in providing service. The hotel location is also perfect."
