"Room and bed was clean. Pillows were flat and they would not provide extras. Hotel had no windows and areas where the air conditioning didn’t work were hot and suffocating. We moved rooms to an area that was cooler and air conditioning worked better. Great location. Nice lobby. Helpful staff. But if you have any level of claustrophobia this is not the place for you."

"Overall pretty good stay. View from the river suite really is incredible! There were a few hiccups, light in the bathroom didn't work when I first came in (though the staff fixed it same day) and the AC monitor wasn't working well so I kept having to ask reception to update it (temperatures really fluctuated while I was there). Bed was very comfortable, and room overall spacious, would probably stay again."

"The Ned is a bustling, luxury hotel in the heart of the financial district of london. Beyond the busy lobby, bars and restaurants it is a delightful, quiet retreat from the city. We had both a cosy and middle sized room , both of which were very luxurious, impeccably kept and comfortable. One point of significant note for Expedia users is that access to the spa, gym and pool is not included in the price. We were lucky enough to get a complementary upgrade for the duration of our stay, which was very much appreciated. If id discovered it wasn't included id honestly have been disappointed. Access to the rooftop is not available for hotel guests it is a members only area. The Parlour bar in the basement is also members only during the day. Thats the only even remotely negative thing about the hotel."

"Room was spacious and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower in the room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had good facilities including a gym and a restaurant/ bar. Very good location, only a few minutes from the tube and very near Tower Bridge, however was not too loud or busy. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel!"
