"Great hotel with a great view. Restaurant downstairs was pretty average, fairly high prices for basic food, but nonetheless, everything was great. I had a really great time at this hotel with a nice view of the London bridge. Just FYI, the hotel is under the London Bridge. There’s a staircase you have to take to get there if you are walking from the train station. It was pretty hard for me to find it, but after a couple tries, we managed."

"This is probably the first review i've ever written in about 15 years of using Hotels.com but our stay at the Apex is worth it! We were coming to stay overnight for my partners birthday and once Rahul and the team found out they absolutely blew us away with a complimentary upgrade, and room decorations, including a balloon and little cakes! We nearly missed it until check out but they even hand wrote a little personalised birthday card for him! Absolutely above and beyond what was expected and made it such a memorable day. "

"We experienced a very professional and welcoming team. Although we had some bad luck with another hotel, thanks to the staff here we felt comfortable and truly well taken care of. I would especially like to mention Miz, the reception manager, who made us feel welcome from the very beginning and created a warm, family-like atmosphere — please take good care of such valuable staff members. I believe the entire staff was very professional and helpful throughout our stay.
