"The rooms are clean and modern and quite spacious. The hotel staff were great; our rooms were made up daily. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises. Whitechapel is a nice neighborhood, with nearby pubs. It is very close to the London tube, which is great. I walked during the day and at night and always felt safe. "

"Breakfast was resonable but bacon was poor quality and cooked in batches so some were over cooked and others were hardly cooked at all considering how much you charge fo breakfast this method of cooking is very poor but the rest of the breafast menu was excelent "

"We arrived at the hotel almost 2 hours before check-in expecting to leave our bags there, but a room was available so they checked us in early which was good. The room was compact but well laid out so that it didn't feel cramped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. There was a good selection but it got crowded so some queuing was involved. The main issue with breakfast was the the hot items were warm at best (some of the mushrooms I got were actually cold). Aldgate East station is only a couple of hundred meters away, but be aware that there is no lift or escalators there (you will need to walk about 15 minutes to Whitechapel station if you require lifts). Also be aware that the hotel does not accept cash - we stayed here at the end of our English holiday and had some english currency we wanted to use up, but found a small takeaway (with a handful of eat-in tables) that was just across the road and did chicken wings, kebabs and burgers which we found very satisfactory for a quick evening meal."
