"Great hotel with a great view. Restaurant downstairs was pretty average, fairly high prices for basic food, but nonetheless, everything was great. I had a really great time at this hotel with a nice view of the London bridge. Just FYI, the hotel is under the London Bridge. There’s a staircase you have to take to get there if you are walking from the train station. It was pretty hard for me to find it, but after a couple tries, we managed."

We were coming to stay overnight for my partners birthday and once Rahul and the team found out they absolutely blew us away with a complimentary upgrade, and room decorations, including a balloon and little cakes! We nearly missed it until check out but they even hand wrote a little personalised birthday card for him! Absolutely above and beyond what was expected and made it such a memorable day. "
