"It was close to the tower of London, which is what we were looking for. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a great tub. Welcome drink was appreciated. The breakfast was good, but too expensive."

"Stayed for a week with my husband. The hotel is nice and modern but the rooms are pretty small. Had issues on multiple days with the wifi and made several complaints. Our refrigerator wasn’t working for 4 days, come to find out it was not turned on. We had food go bad inside it. Appreciated the free room upgrade as it gave us more space, however the new room lacked the washing machine we were looking forward to using. Breakfast options were good and was reasonably priced as well."

"The hotel is great good location, good rooms, excellent restaurant for both evening meals and breakfast. Unfortunately check in is an absolute joke, arrived at the hotel around 3.30 pm to be told the rooms we’re not ready and would not be ready for some time, after waiting for an hour we decided to eat in the restaurant, which was excellent, as we need to be at the theatre for 7pm and would need to shower and change first. Before entering the restaurant I went to to reception to enquire how much longer the rooms we’re going to be. I was told six minutes for one, and no time forecast for the other room. After eating back to reception to be told one room was ready but the other still was not, I asked to see the manager who told me it was my fault as I wanted the two rooms on the same floor, not great customer service and at no time was I offered a room on a different floor earlier,I told her if they could not for fill my booking they should have not taken the booking in the fist place, I just got sorry as a response , this is such a pity as the hotel was good on all other levels"

"Room was clean. However, prior to our trip, my card on file was used at a restaurant in the area, which the hotel was then promoting at their front desk— suspicious. Hotel staff was generally unhelpful and so loud outside of our room in the early hours of the morning. Didn’t give new towels when we requested and were very stingy with the free amenities of the room (water, coffee, etc.). Made us feel like we were bothering them any time we asked for anything. Hotel is not central to most tourist destinations in London, but has a bus stop immediately outside and a train station that is about a 7 minute walk. Will not be returning, mostly due to the unauthorized card charge."
