"The classic The Chicago Hotel Collection Ambassador Gold Coast is an excellent hotel. Its super posh neighborhood in the Gold Coast makes it a terrific place to settle to see the best of Chicago. There is a parking lot across the street with an all in $58 a nite price tag. Or, if you'd rather be super posh, they have valet service. The room was clean and quiet, however I wasn't a fan of the extra firm mattress or the quartet of elongated puff pillows. Still, I would recommend the hotel based on...

"I just love this hotel it is right in the center of Navy Pier and right in front of the Trump Building it is the perfect location to everything the beach is in walking distance and if you do not want to walk then E-Bikes are everywhere and the hotel is the best for the price the location alone is worth it I Highly Recommend it it is where I will always stay when in Chicago <👍><👍><👍><❤️><❤️><❤️><💯><💯><💯>"

I actually never saw hotel cleaning staff in the halls, but the room and hotel were very clean so I am not sure where they were. The hotel is near so many attractions and restaurants. On the second floor is a room with a pool table, air hockey, and other games which was a nice break."
