"Although there was no shuttle to pick us up at the airport, they arranged and paid for an Uber, which was very convenient."

"Room was very outdated. Outlet by bed did not work. Shower low pressure. Shower Smelled weird like mold. Mold on showerhead. Room smelled like cigarettes. Holes in sheets. Pillows very flat and uncomfortable. Faucet from hot tub kept running. Tv setting stuck on Spanish. The only good thing about the stay was the staff. Andrew was very professional and helpful."

"Front staff was polite and friendly. But this hotel is in bad made of renovations. My room was dingy and sad. Curtains not operational towels threadbare, linens did not cover the mattress completely exposing mattress stains. Carpet frayed. General conditions poor. If you're on a tight budget stay here- if you have any money to spend find a different hotel in the Midway complex all of them are way better than this one."

"The outside area was okay. The inside was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a microwave (didn’t use) and refrigerator. Large screen tv was nice. Water pressure was just okay. Had some issues checking in because I used my initials (which is what I go by) on my reservation and my ID has my name fully written out. The front desk was not going to let me stay because of that. I had to call Hotels.com and finally they changed my reservation to state my full name. Was not off to a good start. Did have some nice restaurants near by and the lake was across the main road."
