"The rooms get outdated- we could hear everything going on outside which woke my small children up many times and then on the other side of the room you could hear other guests. We did lose a note in the room and staff was not helpful with finishing my son’s stuffed animal."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff members were so friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Loved the room, but they could do a better job at dusting some of the natural textures employed in the decor. Bar area was a very nice place to relax and unwind at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again!"

"All staff I interacted with were so nice and made us feel right at home. The room was beautiful with an AMAZING view of the river. The bar downstairs is convenient of course too, the food looked good though I didn't have any but the lavender lemon drop was delicious. 10/10"

"There's NO PARKING! Parking lot next door charges $62 with no in/out privileges. We had to park 5 blocks away and it cost $30/24 hours. They say the have air conditioning in every room. It's "central" air conditioning and they control the temperature. Our room was uncomfortably warm."
