Had a microwave and fridge in the room...a trader joes just down the street. Showers were nice and large, bed was comfortable. Was able to use a meeting room, to spend time with family that we were meeting up with.

A solid mid priced hotel with great access to Chicago transit, sites, restaurants, groceries. Large clean rooms. Good restaurant attached to hotel. Nice bathrooms with quality soaps etc..

The room and the bathroom was very spacious and enough space for me and my 3 family members that stayed with me. Everything was pretty clean, but there looked like there was red sauce stains on the floor. This hotel only has valet parking. I’m not used to take, but it was nice at the end of the night not having to park since I was really tired. The customer service was pretty good. They answered all our questions, but some of the ladies you could tell had attitudes. The hotel isn’t too far from the center of downtown. It’s about a 10 minute drive. We had a great city view as well!
